VZLU´s Cubesat on Gateway to Space

In addition to the spacesuit of Y. Gagarin, the Lunar Rover truck or orbital station MIR, a model of the Czech nanosatellite VZLUSAT-1, which is being developed in VZLÚ, is displayed here.

A ceremonial opening of an exhibition titled Gateway to Space took place on 3 March in Prague’s Holešovice. Opening of the exhibition was attended by a former US astronaut Charles Duke of Apollo 16 flight that landed on the moon.

Exhibits from collections of NASA and the Soviet era can be seen at the exhibition. The most valuable exhibit is a stone from the moon, which can be touched by everyone.
